Introducing the "Swing Mechanics Score"

The Swing Mechanics Score is a new score launched by Pelotero to evaluate the four major categories of a player’s swing mechanics. It leverages data from ONLY a slow-motion video to deliver advanced insights to your athletes about their swing even when you cannot access bat sensor data!

Swing Mechanics Score

• Generates a score of 1-100 that allows you to instantly grade a player's swing mechanics

• Evaluates 4 major indicators of swing success including plane, direction, and depth and length

• Provides detailed analysis of 30+ mechanical attributes

While the Hitter Potential Score remains a more thorough and complete evaluation of a hitter, we recognize the value in giving athletes access to insights generated from video analysis ONLY when bat sensor data may not be available.

All data entered into our system – video and or bat sensor data – is automatically incorporated into any programs built for players providing next level personalization for their training and development!

We have made it a priority to make the insights of our platform more accessible and will continue pushing updates like this to accomplish that.
